Brief Biography

Dr. Hesham Khalil is an assistant professor in Mechanical Engineering at Kafrelsheikh University with over 10 years of research and teaching experience. 

He started his teaching journey from 2011 to 2016 as a teaching assistant and then as an assistant professor from 2020 (Current position).  During this period he participated in teaching several core courses in Mechanical Engineering, and he developed a teaching style that is easy to understand (More details here).

He earned his Master's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering from Tanta University - Egypt, focusing on studying micro turbojet engines -both theoretically and experimentally- and examining the impact of nozzle exit area alteration (More details here).

He earned his Ph.D. in Energy Resources Engineering from the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), focusing on improving thermal energy recovery using thermoelectric generators by enhancing thermal performance and heat transfer (More details here). As an international exchange student, the experimental work of this research was performed at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan) for ten months.

During his journey of studying, teaching, and researching, he acquired deep knowledge of several computer programs. This knowledge extended beyond being just a user, to becoming a resourceful instructor (More details here).
